Prep your nails

1. Wash hands to remove any oils on the skin.

2. Push back cuticles and lightly buff nail bed with nail file.

3. Clean nail with wipe and allow to dry.

Applying Nila Nails

1. Pick the right size gel nail then peel off protective film.

2. Peel the gel nail off gently. Stick on nail and stretch if needed to fit your nail.

3. Use cuticle stick to apply pressure around edges to adhere to nail bed.

4. Remove excess gel nail with file in a downwards motion.

5. Cure under UV/LED light for 60 seconds or until the nail is cured.
